Hey, I’m Mike.

I run Mike’s Quest Log, and there is actually a reason behind the name.

I always knew I wanted to create content, I just never really knew what kind of content it would be. Vlogs? Tutorials? Gaming stuff? Random projects? Probably a little bit of everything.

I’ve always been a giant nerd and gaming has been a big part of my life. I don’t have nearly as much time to play these days, but it is still something I am very fond of. I also love music, movies, TV, technology, making things and probably way too many other things.

There is always a lot of random stuff going on in my head, and when I started the channel I didn’t want to lock myself into just one thing.

That is how Quest Log came to be. The name is heavily inspired by World of Warcraft, of course.

The idea was to make this my own quest log. A place where I can share whatever I happen to be making, learning, trying or getting myself into.

Eventually, 3D printing, laser engraving, tools and making things became the main quest. That is what most of my content is about today, but that was never supposed to be the only thing here.

There are always side quests.

So if you occasionally see a completely random video, project or adventure that seems to have nothing to do with everything else, don’t be surprised. I’m just on a side quest.
